By signing up and using MY Remote Job ("the platform", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, please do not use our service.

To register as a worker, you must be at least 17 years old and resident in Malaysia. The information you provide during registration must be true, accurate, and current.

You are responsible for keeping your account and login details secure. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility. Report any unauthorised use of your account to us immediately.

• You complete e-commerce tasks as an independent partner, not as an employee of MY Remote Job.
• Tasks must be completed according to the instructions provided and with reasonable quality.
• You may not abuse the platform, create fake accounts, or cheat in task completion.
• You warrant that the data and work products you submit do not infringe third-party rights.

Payments for completed and approved tasks are processed daily. Payments are made in Ringgit Malaysia via your chosen payout method (bank transfer or e-wallet). MY Remote Job reserves the right to withhold payment for tasks that fail verification or show signs of fraud.

All content, brands, logos, and platform interfaces belong to MY Remote Job and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or use those assets without written permission.

MY Remote Job is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous task availability or any specific level of earnings. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms, engage in fraud, or endanger the platform or other users.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately once published on this page. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably and, failing that, through the applicable legal channels.
